Job summary

CloudHire in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to install, maintain and repair instruments used in industrial processes.

You will troubleshoot, calibrate and test instruments, read schematics, and ensure safety compliance while keeping detailed maintenance records. This is a contract role with extension opportunities and a tax-free monthly salary of $1,200.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

As an Instrument Technician you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial processes. Your role will involve troubleshooting calibrating and testing instruments to ensure their accuracy and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• - Install maintain and repair various types of instruments including pressure gauges temperature sensors flow meters level indicators etc
• - Troubleshoot issues with instruments and identify the root cause of problems
• - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning lubricating and adjusting instruments
• - Calibrate instruments according to specifications and standards
• - Test instruments for accuracy using specialized equipment
• - Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities performed on instruments
• - Assist with the installation of new instrument systems in industrial facilities
• - Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• - Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
• - Technical degree or certification in Instrumentation or a related field
• - Strong knowledge of various types of instruments used in industrial processes
• - Experience with troubleshooting and repairing instrument issues
• - Familiarity with calibration procedures and standards
