• Lead and manage the Secondary School section in alignment with the school's vision and strategic objectives.
• Provide academic leadership for the British Curriculum including GCSE programs and examination preparation.
• Monitor curriculum implementation, lesson quality, and student progress to ensure outstanding outcomes.
