Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
• Two years of teaching experience.
• Very good/outstanding teacher with proven success across ability ranges.
• Experience in more than one international school and IB/IGCSE exposure.
• Knowledge of UAE MOE and ADEK regulations; commitment to CPD.

Responsibilities

• Plan for outstanding teaching and learning aligned with policy, creating a climate for learning.
• Identify clear objectives, differentiate for SEN/EAL/G&T students, and plan lessons.
• Use assessment for learning and performance data to inform planning and progress.
• Maintain discipline per the school Behaviour for Learning policy and standards.
• Mark student work at least biweekly and set progress targets per policy.
• Attend and support parent events, contribute to curriculum development, and CPD.
