Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in teaching or a relevant field.
• At least 4–5 years of teaching experience.
• Excellent ICT skills and use of technology in the classroom.
• In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and educational procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized with effective leadership abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the required curriculum with up-to-date knowledge.
• Plan and deliver quality lessons accommodating different learning styles.
• Maintain records of curriculum plans, attendance, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and codes of conduct.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching to individual needs.
• Promote student well-being and provide educational guidance.
• Use media and technology effectively in the classroom.
• Participate in CPD and school improvement initiatives.
