Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank PJSC seeks an Inspector-MPM (Outsource) based in Abu Dhabi. The role collaborates with PMC to review payment documents, conduct site visit inspections, and upload inspection photos to project folders, culminating in inspection reports.

In-house training will be provided. Requires a Diploma/Engineer Diploma, site knowledge, and strong MS Office skills, with 2–5 years’ experience typical for the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma Certificate and/or Engineer Diploma are preferred.
• Site knowledge is essential for inspection tasks.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation.
• 2–5 years of experience at diploma level is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visit inspections.
• Review payment documents and assist PMC.
• Prepare inspection notes/reports.
• Monitor risk exposure and ensure compliance within the development advisory department.
• Provide professional customer service and represent the company professionally.

Role Purpose:

Assist PMC to do (review the payment documents /Contact the clients and conduct site visit inspection for progress payments, upload the inspection photos to the project folder, prepare inspection Note (report)

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

• Diploma Certificate - preferred Engineer Diploma Certificate.
• Site knowledges
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• 2-5 years' experience (Diploma).
