Job description

Payoneer is looking for a highly talented Inside Sales Representative to educate, onboard, and drive early success with newly acquired customers. The incumbent will be tasked with enabling millions of SMBs and professional businesses in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) to get paid globally with Payoneer's fast, flexible, secure, and low-cost solutions. Your responsibilities will include increasing business adoption and market penetration. Working in a dynamic sales environment, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and recruiting small and mid-size clients on the Payoneer platform. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment with an ability to deal with ambiguity. Candidates should possess both a business development and account management background that enables them to drive engagement with stakeholders. They should also be a self-starter prepared to develop and execute a territory coverage plan. This role offers opportunities to develop innovative ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.

What you'll do:

  • Answer inbound/outbound inquiries from small businesses looking to integrate Payoneer solutions, driven by organic traffic or through resellers.
  • Educate customers on the functionality, benefits, and value of Payoneer products by becoming a Payoneer Product Expert (PPE).
  • Implement a consultative approach to fully understand the business needs.
  • Identify and recommend additional products to help the business maximize Payoneer's value.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with customers by building rapport and trust.
  • Support customers through the onboarding process, including assistance with a guided walkthrough of Payoneer's platform.
  • Manage multiple communication channels in a high-volume environment.
  • Collect and share voice of the customer with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales & reseller channels for inputs and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Draft various business reports.

Who you are:

For this role, you are also:

  • Analytical and data-oriented, strong in data-backed decision-making.
  • Proficient in email communication with strong written and verbal skills.

Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in service and/or solution sales (or post-sales), account management, especially in payments, e-commerce, or managing enterprise segments in IT, ERPs, or consulting.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding established business goals.
  • Experience in leading complex negotiations with CXOs of large and enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives.

Not a must but a great advantage:

  • Experience managing post-sales onboarding or engagement for B2B customers.
  • Experience in the payments and banking industry.
  • Familiarity with the B2B and enterprise customer segments.
  • Experience with direct sales to small businesses engaged in cross-border trade.
  • Experience with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social media.
  • Experience with data analytics and BI tools.
  • Experience working in an international company.
