What you will do

Inside Sales Team Engineer is a key role reporting to Inside Sales Leader. You will be based in Abu Dhabi and support the UAE customers by identifying the requirements from Field Operations Telephone / Email interaction with the customer and offering standard and specific solutions and services. This in order to retain customers and maximize opportunities and their success ratio.

The ISS collaborates with Outside Sales Field Operations Customer representatives and technical services resources to ensure proposals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs adhering to JCIs standards and specifications.

How you will do it

As an IS Engineer you will be the key point of contact for clients for answering queries and providing basic technical advice and information on new product introductions and modifications.

You will handle Security (Service) system inquiries follow up with the customers build and maintains good relationships through Wholesale Distributors at all levels and coordinates new and repeat sales to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and account retention.

Key aspects of the Inside Sales Renewal and Labor & Material role are:
  • Create proposal through CPQ / pricing tools / Service selection tool
  • Partner with local area team for
    • Onsite asset counts/site details
    • Review and understand the PPM Reports and MRF for labor and material jobs
    • Guidance on pricing
    • Upsell opportunities
  • Review for proposal prior to customer submission
  • Review & approval of Order Receipt
  • Outbound calling for follow up
  • Capture & update all actions in SFDC
  • Call/e-mail customers with outstanding / soon to expire proposals
  • Review current / expiring contracts
  • Review contract performance.
What we look for
Required
  • Bachelors degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent
  • 3 Years minimum experience in sales/estimation in Security and Building Technology Industry
  • Track record of over-achieving goals
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Word
  • Quick quotation preparation.
  • Technically strong in design & Estimating of CCTV ACS Gate barrier ANPR and Physical security system.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence account decision makers at key levels
  • Experience working with a CRM database
  • Ability to rapidly build knowledge of Johnson Controls product lines Axis Pelco and Hanwha
