Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a formal accredited 6-month Health care course OR Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Experience in an inpatient hospital setting as a health care worker.

Responsibilities

• Support licensed staff in providing patient care under regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain and supervise Central Sterile Supply items in the ward.
• Advocate for Patient Rights and participate in intentional rounds.
• Provide general administrative services to ensure effective daily operations.

Verbal and written communication skills in English

Interpersonal relationship skills
