Job summary

Gradiant is seeking a Process/Applications Engineer to design and develop water and wastewater treatment solutions for industrial and municipal clients in Abu Dhabi. You will lead technical proposal development, support tendering, and coordinate with sales, engineering, and procurement to ensure technically sound and commercially viable solutions.

Responsibilities span process design, documentation, and commissioning support, with close collaboration across mechanical, electrical, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies: DAF, MMF, MBR, MBBR, UF, RO, evaporators, ZLD systems.
• Skilled in process calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, and mass/energy balances.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ response, including planning, technical evaluations, milestones, content, layout, and pricing.
• Coordinate risk reviews and assist in finalizing technical and commercial proposals.
• Develop cost effective water and wastewater treatment solutions aligned with client criteria.
