Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited (ISP) seeks a dedicated Secondary Science Teacher to deliver engaging lessons aligned with UK Teachers' Standards, KHDA, and UAE MoE curricula. The role emphasizes safeguarding, wellbeing, inclusion, and high achievement through inquiry-based learning and strong assessment practices.

You will plan schemes of work, foster scientific literacy, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery across the science disciplines.

Qualifications

• PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification required.
• Minimum of two years’ teaching experience in secondary science.
• Strong understanding of assessment, differentiation, and inclusion.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and wellbeing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and practical science lessons across all secondary year groups, aligned with UAE MoE standards.
• Assess and record student progress; provide constructive feedback and support learning targets.
• Maintain clear behaviour expectations and foster an inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding progress and next steps.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources and contribute to school initiatives.
