Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related subject with PGCE or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years teaching experience
• Experience of the UK curriculum
• Commitment to an extensive enrichment programme
• Passionate and caring educators
• Safeguarding training and welfare commitment

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement policies and practices for the department aligned with the school vision
• Set short, medium and long-term development plans and evaluate progress
• Use data to identify underachieving students and implement action plans
• Analyze school data to inform policies and the SEF
• Ensure schemes of work cover curriculum with SEN/G&T/EAL provisions
• Lead staffing standards, performance manage the department, and manage resources
