Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education (or related field) from an accredited university.
• At least two years of classroom teaching experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with students, faculty, parents, and administrators.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that meet the curriculum goals of the school.
• Implement appropriate and effective teaching methods based on best practices.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to parents, guardians, administrators, or other stakeholders.
• Demonstrate proficiency in subject matter knowledge.
• Enhance the learning environment by developing strategies that encourage student responsibility and promote positive behavior.
