• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant/hotel kitchen environment.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work with a team and independently when required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of food trends, ingredients and recipes
