Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager with at least 15 years of experience. The successful candidate will manage large IT projects and provide L3 support for IT infrastructure. Candidates must possess Microsoft MCSE and RHEL/RHCE certifications, alongside expertise in private cloud deployment and troubleshooting technical issues. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects in a dynamic environment.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• the resource should have a minimum of 15 years experience in IT Infrastructure domain with at least 10 years experience in managing large IT Projects.
• the resource should have worked in at least three project of private cloud deployment and management.
• Coordinate with Various IT Infrastructure Administrators for Implementing and commissioning of IT Infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Application teams for implementing any application specific requirement.
• Technical expertise on overall IT Infrastructure components as required.
• SPOC for IT infrastructure setup.
• Provide L3 Support onsite for any issues on IT Infrastructure.
• Coordinate with NOC team for timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with AP Support team for timely resolution of issues.
• Mandate Technology Skills - VCF VxRail vRealize suite VSAN SRM & NSX
• Expert in Windows Server & RHEL Linux Implementation Administration Management and troubleshooting
• Expert in AD Exchange Mobile Device Management solutions
• Mandatory Microsoft MCSE certified resource
• RHEL/RHCE certified resource
• Expert on Dell Isilon NAS Storage & Commvault backup storage
• Should have experience in managing SAP environment.
• Mandate skills of building Infra and maintenance calendar
• Experience in DR Drills
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills to fix operational Issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• BMC Suite administration skills TSSA TSNA and ITOM
• Opensource Container/Kubernetes will be added advantage. (Desirable)

TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES
