Job summary

Fletcher Piccolo Associates (FPA) seeks a senior operations leader to head the Group’s roads and infrastructure contracting. You will oversee project execution, drive planning, cost control, and reporting to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to contractual standards while maximizing profitability.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree (MBA preferred), 15+ years in infrastructure contracting with senior leadership, and strong knowledge of EPC execution and FIDIC contracts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in infrastructure contracting with senior leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of EPC execution, FIDIC contracts, and large-scale projects.
• Proven leadership, commercial acumen, and delivery track record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of infrastructure and civil projects across the Group.
• Ensure planning, cost control, scheduling, and reporting across projects.
• Lead contract administration, variations, claims, and commercial risk management.
• Drive HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance across all sites.
• Support tender reviews, bid strategies, and execution planning.
• Lead and develop senior operational and project leadership teams.
• Manage key client, consultant, authority, and partner relationships.
