• Hands‑on OpenShift experience required.
• Strong VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter knowledge.
• Linux server administration experience.
• Windows Server administration experience.
• Experience in infrastructure migration projects.
• Production change management experience (CRs, approvals, rollback).
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, configure, and support Red Hat OpenShift environments, including cluster management and troubleshooting.
• Manage VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, and VMs.
• Perform Linux and Windows Server administration, including patching and upgrades.
• Plan and execute infrastructure and workload migration projects across virtualised and containerised environments.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Prepare, review, and execute Production Change Requests with proper documentation and rollback plans.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain technical documentation and migration plans.
