Nair Systems LLC in the UAE is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead cybersecurity governance, risk management, and NESA compliance for enterprise banking environments. You will define security policies, supervise incident response, and elevate data protection and regulatory adherence across complex IT systems.

The role requires 8+ years in information security, hands-on NESA framework implementation, and strong collaboration with IT and compliance leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in information security, cybersecurity engineering, or IT risk management.
• Hands-on expertise implementing and managing NESA compliance frameworks.
• Experience in banking/regulated sectors.
• Proficiency in SIEM, firewall hardening, and endpoint protection.
• Experience in vulnerability assessment, threat modeling, and incident response.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and audit management abilities.
• Excellent English communication and ability to engage executives.
• Willingness for permanent operations in the UAE.

• Design and enforce comprehensive information security policies and data protection standards across enterprise systems.
