Job summary

A global hospitality leader in Ras al-Khaimah seeks an experienced IT Coordinator to manage all operations in the IT department. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hotel IT experience and strong knowledge of IT systems and networks. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will handle various IT issues and provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as IT Coordinator for a Hotel.
• Experience with Opera/Symphony and other hotel systems is a PLUS.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of IT systems and networks.
• Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all IT Department Operations and tasks assigned by IT Manager.
• Handle snagging and tasks related to the IT setup.
• Provide quality service and assistance, handling IT or AV issues.
• Ensure orders are thoroughly checked before serving to the guest.

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential IT duties. You communicate well with all contacts anticipate and resolve issues and update team your various projects.

What you will be doing:

• Able to manage all IT Department Operations and Tasks assigned by IT Manager
• Being able to manage snagging and tasks related to the IT Set Up
• Offers quality service and assistance at all times and be confident to handle all the problems related to IT or AV
• Ensure orders (lap top projector screen) are thoroughly checked before serving to the guest.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as IT Coordinator for a Hotel
• Opera/Symphony and other hotel systems experience is a PLUS
• Should have in depth knowledge of IT Systems and networks with graduation degree in IT
• Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is essential
