Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a security professional in Dubai to develop and enforce endpoint security policies, guide IT teams on security best practices, and implement protections against malware and ransomware. The role leads security projects end-to-end, including cloud infra and Microsoft 365/Azure integrations for compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a CS/IT degree, 3–5 years of information security experience, and relevant certifications (CISSP/CISM/CEH/Security+).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce endpoint security policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance on security best practices to IT and network teams.
• Implement and manage endpoint protection solutions to guard against threats.
• Lead end-to-end security projects from design through testing and documentation.
• Design, secure, and audit cloud infrastructure within Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Create Microsoft 365 security integrations for security and compliance.
• Perform PoC testing of new security technologies to evaluate feasibility.
• Design and implement DLP and encryption for cloud data protection.
• Collaborate with GRC teams to address audit findings and remediation plans.

Job description

Develop and enforce endpoint security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Provide guidance on security best practices to other IT and network teams

Implement security solutions to safeguard against malware ransomware and other security threats

Implement and manage endpoint protection solutions to safeguard against malware ransomware and other security threats

Lead end-to-end security projects covering design implementation testing and documentation

Designs presents troubleshoots and implements cloud infrastructure compliance and or privacy solutions for architecture within Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure products

Designs documents and creates Microsoft 365 solution integrations for security and compliance

Perform proof of concept testing of new security technologies to evaluate their effectiveness and feasibility

Design and implement data loss prevention DLP and encryption solutions to protect sensitive information stored in cloud platforms

Partner with GRC Governance Risk and Compliance teams to address security audit findings and implement remediation plans

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in information security or a related technology field.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+ are highly desirable to validate expertise.

Experience in working with security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS demonstrates a strong foundation in security standards.
