Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
8+ years of professional experience in data engineering, governance, or database development.
Hands-on expertise with Informatica Axon, EDC, and IDQ.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data lineage.
Experience with data profiling, monitoring, and automated remediation.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Onsite availability for Abu Dhabi, UAE, with notice period of immediate to 15 days.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise data governance and data quality standards.
Configure Axon for glossary management, stakeholder mapping, and workflows.
Manage metadata repositories and automate data lineage with EDC.
Develop and monitor IDQ profiling, cleansing, and remediation rules.
Enforce data policies, quality scorecards, validation rules, and governance best practices.
Collaborate with data engineering, DBA, and compliance teams in Abu Dhabi.
Troubleshoot data quality issues and implement corrective controls.
Prepare executive reports and governance maturity dashboards for leadership.
