Job summary

SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Consultant Infectious Disease Specialist to join one of the leading healthcare organisations in the UAE. The role focuses on expert diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of complex infectious diseases within multidisciplinary teams in a premium clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with a recognised specialist qualification in Infectious Diseases / Internal Medicine with Infectious Diseases subspecialty training.
• Proven Consultant-level experience in Infectious Diseases.
• Tier 1 / Western qualification strongly preferred (UK CCT / CCST etc).

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients with infectious diseases.
• Manage complex bacterial, viral, fungal, parasitic, and other infectious conditions.
• Evaluate patients with fever of unknown origin and complex infections.
• Collaborate with ICU, oncology, hematology, surgery, pulmonology, etc. for multidisciplinary care.
• Provide education to patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding infection prevention and treatment.
