Job summary

E Three for Oil & Gas is seeking a Field Service Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic and electrical systems on site in the UAE. You will work with PLCs, sensors, and control circuits to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimal downtime.

The role requires a technical diploma in Industrial Maintenance or Mechatronics, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel with possible overnight stays. Strong English and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Industrial Maintenance or Mechatronics.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Field maintenance experience preferred in hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, and control circuits.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work autonomously.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose pressure and flow problems in fluid power systems.
• Service valves, actuators, couplings, and high‑pressure components.
• Apply AC/DC electrical theory to maintenance situations.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems and control circuits.
• Work with PLCs, sensors, and electronic devices.
• Follow SOPs to minimize wear and downtime.
• Read assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain tools and supplies required for tasks.
• Safely rig and relocate equipment using proper lifting techniques.
