Job summary

Globalpharma Co LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Maintenance & Spare Parts Manager to oversee blister packaging and related change parts, punches and dies, and spare parts inventory. You will manage procurement from local markets and OEMs, forecast parts needs, and coordinate fabrication with vendors; a strong grounding in pneumatics, hydraulics and machine controls is required.

This role involves budgeting, vendor coordination, and ensuring reliable production through effective spare parts

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging machines guidelines, maintenance and basic understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and their integration into machine controls.
• Knowledge of mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment for intended operations.
• Knowledge in machines safeties, technical drawings and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Management of Blister packaging and cartonator machine Change Parts.
• Managing existing change parts and maintenance of change parts.
• Inventory control of existing change parts, punches and dies.
• Forecasting & budgeting of new change parts, punches & dies and spare parts.
• Procurement of spare parts from local market and from machine OEM.
• Management of spare parts and obsolete spare parts; store and inventory control.
• Vendors management and data maintenance; PR creation.
• Dealing with vendors for current and future requirements.
