Industrial Engineer - Quality Control (Abu Dhabi)

As an Industrial Engineer - Quality Control, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes in our manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. Your main duties will include conducting process audits, identifying areas for improvement, implementing quality control measures, and providing recommendations for process optimization. You will also be involved in developing and implementing production schedules, tracking production data, and analyzing trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased productivity.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of quality control principles and experience with process improvement methodologies is also required.

As this is a hands‑on role, proficiency in using various tools and equipment commonly used in industrial engineering is necessary. Additionally, strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to collaborate with various teams within the organization to implement process improvements.
