Industrial Engineer


We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and systems in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will also be involved in analyzing data, designing layouts, and implementing improvements to existing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time studies and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Design efficient layouts for production facilities
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to increase productivity
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary
- Train staff on new processes and equipment usage
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred
