Job summary

Woopel is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to optimize production processes in Abu Dhabi. You will focus on reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, Lean Six Sigma knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Arabic language is a plus but not mandatory, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus but not required.
