You will design presentations, develop new recipes with Indian flavors, supervise pastry assistants, maintain quality and food safety, and manage inventory in a fast-paced kitchen. Candidates should have proven pastry experience, a culinary degree, and strong plating skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably with knowledge of Indian cuisine.
• Culinary degree or equivalent in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including decorating, plating, and presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new dessert recipes using traditional Indian ingredients.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a variety of pastries and desserts that reflect Indian flavors and techniques.
• Design visually appealing presentations for all pastries and desserts.

• Ensure all pastry items are prepared to the highest quality standards.
