WealthGuard USA is hiring an experienced Indian Chef in Ajman to create and prepare authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. You will plan menus, lead kitchen staff, and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.

The role requires at least 3 years of Indian chef experience, deep knowledge of Indian cuisine, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with other departments and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to create new and unique dishes while also following traditional recipes.
• Strong leadership skills to manage kitchen staff and maintain a positive work environment.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with other departments and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan menu items taking into consideration dietary restrictions food costs and seasonal ingredients.
• Manage kitchen staff providing guidance training and performance evaluations.
• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to recipes or your own creativity.
• Monitor food quality presentation and portion sizes to maintain consistency.
• Ensure kitchen is kept clean organized and compliant with food safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously develop new dishes or improve existing ones to keep up with customer preferences.

Salary

Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus additional benefits such as accommodation transportation and annual leave
