GulfSea Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Indian Chef to lead authentic Indian cuisine preparation, from vegetarian to non-vegetarian dishes. You will develop menus, train staff, and ensure high quality and consistency across all dishes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in reputable restaurants or hotels, deep knowledge of spices and traditional techniques, and strong teamwork and time management in a fast-paced kitchen.

Indian Chef in Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for Indian cuisine and be able to prepare a variety of traditional dishes, as well as create new and innovative recipes.

Responsibilities

• - Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, using traditional cooking techniques and ingredients
• - Develop new menu items and update existing ones to keep up with current food trends
• - Ensure all food is prepared to high quality standards and presented in an attractive manner
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
• - Train and supervise other kitchen staff members, including assistants and apprentices
• - Monitor inventory levels, order supplies when needed, and keep track of food costs
• - Comply with all safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• - Must be of Indian nationality or have extensive knowledge of authentic Indian cuisine
• - Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Indian Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
• - Strong understanding of different cooking methods, spices, herbs, and ingredients used in Indian cuisine
• - Creative mindset with the ability to come up with new dishes while staying true to traditional flavors
