PER is seeking an experienced senior investor to join as an independent Board Advisor in Dubai. The role focuses on investment strategy, portfolio construction, and governance across public and private markets.

The ideal candidate has CIO-level experience, a multi-asset background, and can travel from Europe or nearby regions for board meetings. This is a high-level advisory position requiring strong independent judgment and leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior investment professional with a long-term horizon in an investment platform.
• Ability to provide independent strategic input on asset allocation and governance.
• Experience presenting to boards and influencing decisions at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input on asset allocation and portfolio construction.
• Contribute to investment strategy across public and private markets.
• Offer independent perspectives and challenge investment decisions at board level.
• Support the Board and Investment Committee on key topics.
• Provide guidance on governance structures, best practices, and risk management.
• Attend approximately six in-person board meetings per year in Dubai.
