Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized support to students with learning difficulties, disabilities or individual educational needs.

• Develop, implement and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to create an inclusive supportive learning environment.

• Conduct assessments and track student progress regularly.

• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers and school leadership regarding student development.

• Participate in professional development and support the promotion of inclusive practices school-wide.
