Job summary

Aldar Education in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Teacher - Inclusion Support to enhance inclusive classroom teaching and support diverse learners. This role involves developing and maintaining Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborating with specialists to ensure each student's success within a British curriculum framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of teaching experience within a school environment.
• Previous experience working with students where English is not their first language is preferred.
• Strong commitment to inclusive education and whole-child development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons that promote inclusive learning and student achievement.
• Observe and assess SEN students and identify priority areas for intervention.
• Plan and deliver targeted intervention programmes to support individual learning needs.
