Job summary

Gems Education UAE is seeking an Inclusion Teacher at GEMS School of Research and Innovation in Dubai. This role is pivotal in supporting Students of Determination and Gifted students by ensuring equitable access to the British curriculum.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Special Education Needs, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an inclusive setting, and expertise in collaborative teaching. Competitive salary with furnished accommodation and free medical insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Inclusion leader in an international, high-performing school.
• Strong track record of improving Inclusion provision.
• Experience across a through-school environment (age 3-18) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
• Collaborate with teachers and leadership teams to promote inclusive practices.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on inclusive teaching methods.
