Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in logging and managing incident tickets as per processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Apple iOS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to provide remote support for various technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Log and manage incident tickets following management processes.
  • Classify, prioritize, and attempt first-level resolution of incidents.
  • Monitor event logs and escalate unresolved issues to Level 2.
