Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank seeks a results‑driven professional to oversee incentive compensation administration and reporting. You will validate reconciliations, ensure timely payout calculations, and drive data‑driven insights across channels and segments.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to optimize investment spend, design controls, and support quarterly and annual incentive programs while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant banking sector experience.
• Strong SQL knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
• BI tools knowledge (OBIEE or similar).
• Understanding of retail banking products and accounting principles.
• Experience designing incentive compensation plans.
• Ability to work with large data sets and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admin and process improvements for incentive compensation.
• Validate reconciliation and reporting of incentive payments.
• Deliver MI reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Administer STIP and LTIP programs and plan communications.
• Assist in automation and continuous improvement of incentive calculations.
