Job summary

Inaya Facilities Management Services in Dubai is seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, BMS and ELV systems in residential, retail and commercial assets.

You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, conduct technical inspections, prepare reports and ensure compliance with HSE and local FM standards. 5+ years UAE/GCC FM experience and a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years UAE/GCC FM experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, BMS, and Fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting, BMS, and ELV systems.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Conduct technical inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Prepare technical reports, quotations, BOQs, method statements, and maintenance plans.
