• Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Create attractive displays of products in-store to increase customer interest and sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement and promotions.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure our products are given prime display locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotions and campaigns.
• Train store staff on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques.
