Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC is seeking a data-driven professional to join the Instock Management team within Amazon Now. You will lead supply chain initiatives end-to-end, building scalable solutions, and translating insights into action across cross-functional groups.

The role focuses on dashboards, analytics, and improving availability and customer experience by driving data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze data and apply best practices to assess performance drivers.
• Experience managing inventory in a retail or distribution setting.
• Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Build and maintain operational dashboards to track key supply chain and instock metrics across the network.

• Streamline metrics visibility for internal stakeholders — making the right data accessible at the right time.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional working groups.
• Collaborate with supply chain, fulfillment and planning teams to improve operational performance.
• Take ownership of operational challenges, analyse data end-to-end and implement corrective actions.
• Source store-level pricing and promotions and execute using internal tools.
• The role may require occasional weekend coverage but will not exceed a 5-day work week.

The Instock Management team at Amazon Now is at the heart of a fast-moving, high-growth supply chain. You will be part of working groups tackling real supply chain challenges, driving initiatives that directly impact availability and customer experience. The role involves working closely with data — building solutions, identifying patterns and translating insights into action. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across instock, program management and fulfillment teams to streamline supply chain processes and improve operational outcomes.

In this role, you will lead supply chain initiatives end-to-end — from diagnosing gaps to designing and implementing fixes. You will work with internal tools and data to build scalable solutions, support process improvement projects and actively participate in cross-functional forums. The expectation is that you bring both analytical rigour and a bias for action — comfortable in ambiguity and able to move fast without losing accuracy.
