Job summary

Qualifications

• Age: 18–29 for non-experienced crew; up to 33 for experienced crew.
• Minimum height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male); weight proportionate to height.
• Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos.
• Medically/physically fit for cabin crew duties.

Responsibilities

• Act as Air Arabia’s ambassador; ensure safety and comfort of passengers.
• Instruct passengers on safety procedures and administer first aid.
• Welcome passengers and assist in boarding formalities.
• Conduct pre-flight checks and maintain cabin cleanliness.

Skills

Fluent in written and spoken English

Customer service skills

Ability to swim

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education

Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate

Travel/Tourism diploma
