Job summary

Cognita is seeking a proactive part-time role to cover Cognita Impact during a maternity leave. The post focuses on managing live partnerships, supporting schools, and delivering the 26-27 Cognita Impact Action Plan across a global network.

You will coordinate across time zones, lead partnership activities with The Sparkle Foundation, UWS Global, and other partners, and help deliver teacher trips to Malawi and Nepal in March/April.

Qualifications

• Experience managing partnerships or projects in education or charity sectors.
• Strong relationship-building with teachers, leaders and partners.
• Excellent organisation, planning and risk assessment for trips.
• Willingness to travel across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage Group Partnerships day-to-day across the Cognita network.
• Grow school-driven partnerships with current and prospective schools.
• Develop and map a third Group Partnership for the following year.
• Monitor and report impact with learner reach and testimonials.
• Build visibility through media content and partner communications.
