Job summary

NYU Abu Dhabi seeks a Manager, Research Impact and Intelligence to measure RI-funded research impact and produce actionable insights. You will develop data ecosystems, analyze metrics and create visuals to support institutional decision-making and reporting for RI strategies.

The role collaborates with internal units and external partners to promote research outcomes, oversee RI Day content, and build capacity through training on NYUAD metrics and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a research-intensive environment with coordination and admin responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve institutional systems for tracking and evidencing RI-funded research activities.
• Coordinate design and monitoring strategies for data collection, data management and reporting for the RI.
• Analyze and synthesize research metrics into actionable intelligence.
• Lead annual collection, validation, and analysis of RI-funded award reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote research outcomes.
• Design and implement a training framework for RI internal stakeholders on metrics tracking.
