Job summary

Qualifications

Degree/education in relevant discipline.
Proven successful performance track record.
Experience in Immunology or Dermatology preferred.
Experience in launching new products preferred.
Solid UAE market experience preferred.
Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
Established experience in engaging TMEs.

Responsibilities

Execute field strategy by segmenting customers and using data-driven call plans.
Deliver compliant, high-impact customer engagements with approved brand messaging and digital tools.
Act as a therapeutic area partner to healthcare professionals, explaining clinical data and product use.
Maximize technology enablement to enhance engagement impact.
Collect and share field insights on needs, dynamics, and territory priorities to address them.
Participate in local events, meetings and promotional activities with governance compliance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with TA Marketing, Medical TA, Value & Access, and Execution Excellence partners.
