Job summary

KYRO Advisory is hiring Sales Executives for our UAE office. You will handle company-provided leads, speak with prospective clients, explain services, and convert enquiries into customers. You will follow up via phone and WhatsApp, maintain records, and work toward sales targets with commission-based earnings.

The role emphasizes sales and lead conversion; document processing or back-office work is not the primary responsibility. Freshers are welcome; a valid UAE visa is required.

KYRO Advisory is hiring Sales Executives for our UAE office. This is a sales-focused role where the candidate will handle company-provided leads, speak with prospective clients, explain our services and convert enquiries into confirmed customers. Contact new leads provided by the company through phone and WhatsApp, understand customer requirements and present our services professionally, deliver a confident and convincing sales pitch, follow up with interested prospects regularly, convert qualified enquiries into confirmed clients, achieve sales targets assigned by the company, maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and customer responses, coordinate with the internal team after successful client conversion, and maintain professional and friendly communication with customers. This role is mainly for sales and lead conversion. Document processing or back-office work is not the primary responsibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fluent Malayalam is required
• Must also speak Tamil OR Kannada
• Good English communication skills
• Strong sales pitch, convincing ability and customer-handling skills
• Confident in telephone and WhatsApp sales
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results
• Freshers are welcome to apply – previous immigration industry experience is not compulsory
• Previous telesales, customer service or sales experience will be an advantage
• Candidate must have their own valid UAE visa

Compensation & Growth

The position will initially be on a commission-based structure until the first company-assigned sales target is successfully achieved. After achieving the first target, the employment structure will be upgraded to: Basic Salary + Attractive Sales Commission. High-performing candidates will have further growth and earning opportunities within KYRO Advisory.
