Qualifications

• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Degree in Sports & Science or related field and REP’s level A certification.
• Ability to coach, motivate and build client relationships.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Meet, greet and acknowledge guests and members using facilities.
• Conduct high quality inductions and health profiles.
• Plan and deliver group exercise initiatives and classes.
• Maintain a safe, clean fitness area and report faults promptly.
• Promote programs and services; manage personal training targets.
• Coach clients to achieve goals and build long-term clientele.
