Job summary

SIRO One Za’abeel, the luxury wellness concept by Kerzner International, invites a Fitness Coach to join its Dubai team. You will interact with guests and members, deliver group exercise classes and personal training, and ensure outstanding experiences aligned with the SIRO brand.

The role requires fluent English, a degree in sports science or related field, and a REP's level A equivalent certification. You will plan innovative classes, monitor attendance, and actively contribute to the club’s

Qualifications

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
REPs level A or equivalent PT certification.
Ability to act as a role model to clients through own athletic body.
Excellent customer service and sociable personality.
Strong administration and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

Interact with guests and members to ensure high standards of group exercise and personal training.
Promote SIRO philosophy and services to guests and members.
Create and develop innovative classes and programs for the Fitness brand.
Sell and conduct personal training sessions to help reach financial targets (min. 60 sessions/month).
Maintain safety and cleanliness of fitness areas and equipment.
Coordinate with external partners and report to supervisor as needed.
