Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Valid MOH / DHA / DOH license to practice as an SLP in the UAE.
• Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in post-acute rehabilitation, neuro-rehabilitation, or similar settings.
• Proven experience in managing neurological and medically complex cases, including swallowing and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Must be able to join immediately

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function in post-acute patients.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans to address communication, cognitive, and swallowing deficits.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional communication, cognitive-linguistic skills, voice, and safe swallowing.
• Monitor and document patient progress using standardized outcome measures, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated care, goal alignment, and safe discharge planning.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies, swallowing techniques, and home programs.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements in all therapy sessions.
