The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing students for the IELTS examination by delivering engaging and effective lessons that improve their English language proficiency across all four skills: Listening Reading Writing and Speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan prepare and deliver high-quality IELTS preparation classes.
  
• Tailor lessons to meet the individual needs of students at various levels.
  
• Monitor student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback.
  
• Conduct regular assessments and mock tests to evaluate student readiness.
  
• Provide guidance on test-taking strategies and time management.
  
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
  
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Stay updated on the latest IELTS exam patterns and scoring criteria.
  
• Collaborate with academic staff to enhance overall program quality.
  

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor s degree in English Education Linguistics or a related field (Master s preferred).
  
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/DELTA certification required.
  
• Minimum of 1 2 years of experience teaching IELTS or English for Academic Purposes (EAP).
  
• Proven track record of helping students achieve desired band scores.
  
• Strong understanding of IELTS exam structure and assessment criteria.
  
• Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to motivate and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
  
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools (if applicable).
  

Desirable
