Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate ICT Teacher to join our dynamic education institution Client in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, engaging, and curriculum‑aligned ICT instruction to students across various grade levels. This role is critical in fostering digital literacy, computational thinking, and technological innovation within a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The teacher will utilize modern pedagogical approaches, integrate technology into lesson delivery, and support students in developing essential 21st‑century skills. With a strong foundation in information technology and a commitment to student‑centered learning, the ICT Teacher will play a pivotal role in preparing students for academic success and future careers in technology‑driven fields. This position is open exclusively to Arab Nationals, Western Nationals, and native English speakers who hold an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and differentiated ICT lessons aligned with national and international curricula.
  • Integrate emerging technologies and digital tools into classroom instruction to enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and support school‑wide technology initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and lesson plans.
  • Participate in professional development activities and stay current with advancements in ICT and educational technology.
  • Support the implementation of school technology policies and ensure compliance with data protection and digital safety standards.
  • Mentor students in coding, digital citizenship, and project‑based learning activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of teaching experience in ICT or a related subject at the secondary or primary level.
  • Valid teaching certification with recognized accreditation (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent).
  • IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (or equivalent English proficiency test) – required for all applicants.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) to effectively deliver instruction and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development, classroom management, and student assessment.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology platforms (e.g., LMS, coding tools, interactive whiteboards, cloud‑based applications).
  • Demonstrated ability to create innovative, student‑centered learning experiences in a technology‑rich environment.
  • Eligibility to work in the UAE; Arab National, Western National, or native English speaker only.
