Job summary

REAPHR in Al Ain, UAE is seeking a friendly Ice Cream Server to join our team. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare and present ice cream, and help maintain a clean, welcoming service area.

The role requires good communication, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work 8-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in Customer service or F&B is advantageous.

Salary AED 2,000–2,500 per month; transportation provided; 1 day off per week.

• Follow appropriate food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Assist customers with product selections when required.
• Replenish supplies and monitor stock at the serving station.
• Support daily opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Provide a positive customer experience at all times.
