Job summary

Client of Reap HR in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a friendly Ice Cream Server to join the team. Responsibilities include serving customers, preparing and presenting ice cream, and maintaining a clean service area. The role requires a customer-focused personality and good communication skills.

Salary ranges from AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month. Benefits include transportation provided and 1 day off per week. Previous customer service or F&B experience is a plus.

• Keep the serving counter equipment and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow appropriate food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Assist customers with product selections when required.
• Replenish supplies and monitor stock at the serving station.
• Support daily opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Provide a positive customer experience at all times.
